Small Group Training offers a fun, supportive and dynamic environment to work out in. At The Pit all of our 45-minute classes are small enough to give you the attention you need to get the results you want. With no more than 6 participants per Trainer, you can choose from 12 weekly sessions targeting Female strength, Male strength, Mixed Strength and Full body conditioning circuit. Classes focus on resistance training, and feature a combination of high intensity, functional movement patterns and cardio based exercises.
